This was the unique opportunity provided in December 2011 at the Smart Partners’ London Hub, where the Annual General Meeting of CPTM Ltd provided ideal scope for Smart Partners from the Commonwealth and beyond to meet and network for three days, focusing on key priorities of development and democracy facing people in less advanced countries worldwide.

December Think Tanking Session at the Hub integrated a sample of “Smart delivery” situations alongside “Smart ideas” and “Smart values” for deepening the appreciation of “Innovating for Collaboration, Collaborating for Innovation – The CPTM Smart Partnership Way”
